If a minus number in my daily food diary is in red, eg proteins - 25 (in red) does this mean I need to up the amount of proteins I am eating?

If it's red with the minus sign that means you went over your daily alottment.0

Don't cut back on protein, MFP is a minimum not a maximum.0

Red means you went over you recommended amount. I wouldn't worry about protein. Going over is good. MFP protien settings are very low0
