Low-Fat Hot Spinach Dip
I adapted this recipe from Kraft Kitchens. Super easy to made and great for potlucks!!
Low-Fat Hot Spinach Dip
12 servings - each serving = 42g
Ingredients
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, chopped (optional)
Direction
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix spinach, mayo, cheese and garlic until well blended.
Spoon into a 9" pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with peppers before serving.
Perfect with tortilla chips, pita bread crackers, etc.

Easy and Delicious Spinach Dip
ingredients
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach
1/2c. chopped green onion
1/4tsp.garlic powder
2Tbls. finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4c.water chetnuts, drained and chopped
1c. nonfat sour cream
1c. nonfat mayo
1Tbls. lemon juice
1/2tsp. salt
1/4tsp.black pepper
Thaw and drain the spinach in a colander, pressing all the excess moisture out. In a medium mixing bowl, mix onion,garlic powder,bell pepper,water chestnuts,sour cream, mayo,lemon juice,salt and black pepper until well incorporated.Mix in spinach and enjoy.
