Probably been answered before but here goes...

In setting up my profile and goals I chose sedentary and 3 60 minute workouts a week to determine my calorie goal. Probably a stupid question but I should still log the calories burned for those 3 workouts, right?

Yes, because MFP won't give you any credit for those three workouts until you log them. It doesn't matter how many workouts you say you are going to do; it will give you the same amount of calories. It adds back once you log them.0

Yes. Mfp doesn't actually "do" anything with the exercise goals you enter when determining a calorie goal.0
