    What an inspiration!!! I lost 200 pounds and got down to a size 10, and then gained alot of it back, I know it can be done. I kept it off for 7 years, but when I thought that I was "cured" I let the old habits creep back in. It is indeed a new lifestyle not a diet, that is the best way to look at it!
