amazing and simple grilled chicken salad!

Options
all you need is some zesty itallian dressing about 1/3 of a cup {you can use fat free dressing if you want}
then you can either cut your own veggies for the salad or use store bought salad {I use store bought} and its better if the veggies are crunchy.and you also need bone-less,skin-less chicken breast.
1.heat the 1/3 cup of dressing over medium heat in a non-stick skillet.
2.cut the chicken into bite size cubes and add to the heated dressing.
3.cook the chicken through then take off heat to cool for a bit
4.plate the salad mix and spread chicken over the top of the salad and with any remaining dressing in the skillet pour over the top of the salad and enjoy! :]

5.you have to let it cool for a bit or it will wilt the lettuce!!!
