            hello! wish i'd have seen this challenge yesterday. i did my workout today...but i only did 30 during my shoulder workout. i did rear lats 1st, then did side lats and then front raises. 10 reps each set and did a super set. all the exercises in a row with no rest and then rested a few minutes and did the next set. hope i can get in on the next challenge. thanks. i'm new here so i'm still learning about all the posts.0
