    Sala, surprisingly has very few calories and adds a lot of flavor to everything

    As I started to enter my foods in my diary online on this site. I started to notice which foods I was eating had the most calories. Such as a large red delicious apples. OUCH for me. So now I can compare my calories to the value of the calories, as another mentioned - nutritionally dense.
