    How tall are you? You have almost the same starting weight as mine (mine was 272, though MFP was 264) and I was thinking the 150 range would be great to get to.

    ***Do you mind sharing a few of your favorite exercises?

    I pretty much only run. I cross train on the elliptical about once a week. I have done stuff like 30 day shred in the past, but those things bore me and I give up. I do not even lift! I am starting to incorporate more strength though because I am getting weak (shame on me!). Oh- and pilates-10 minute solution Pilates is awesome!

    Not a question, but I get this all the time. It’s embarrassing to say “Hi” to someone and they don’t know who the eff you are. Lol

    My body shape is just what was underneath all the extra weight. There’s not much you can do so change your actual shape. You get what you get. =)

    Congrats! You have done great. We have about the same stats. I started at 270 on 2/1/12 and am now 149! I'm 5'4" so I want to be at 130-140 eventually.

    Congrats to you and all your hard work! I was doing great until the holidays and still haven't gained but 4 lbs. However, that sets me back weeks. Thank you so much for the encouraging words! I picked myself up this morning and started again!
