Hi - I joined myfitnesspal at the beginning of April. I've had some back and leg issues and haven't been able to do much exercise for over a year. The pounds have come and I'm sick of it. I'm hoping this will help to give me some incentive. When you can't do much, you don't burn many calories!

  • Hi, you might one to be careful with your back and legs when you work out...I'd check with my primary doctor on how much strength to put on your workout :) Good luck!

    :bigsmile: Good Luck, I understand, have worked very hard post long battle with a neur-muscular disease. So start out at your pace and just keep at it. Do listen to your body.Now able to do something 5 days in a row.

    Good luck, just stick with it and you will lose weight even with diet and light exercise.:happy:
