I guess you have to add it every post? copy and paste? How do you get the other stuff at the bottom of your posts? Sorry, I am pretty stupid when it comes to these things.0

If you go to Community (big tab at the top)---> Signature (at the top where Home, Recent Posts, My Topics....are), you paste the ticker code there and you won't have to add it to every post. It automatically puts your signature at the bottom of every post.0

Morning everyone!
Last night I didn't work out and drank wine with coworkers instead, then ate Taco Bell....and tonight no work out, going on a "date" with the husband and daughter. I do not expect my weigh in to go all that well but will keep on keepin on and move forward.
I need to go shopping in my closet this weekend and see what fits and what doesn't and come up with some options for my trip next month. I will either be dressed up to the nines or dressed up to the tens if you get my meaning...so yeah. (My boss is what you'd call super duper metrosexual). I think I have slacks for the day but need some cute trendy dark washed jeans I can wear with heels and a cute top for going out at night in with customers. I've got some dresses so that is no issue but I always feel more comfortable in pants. If I can from some "trendy" enough that will be just as good....yeah for it but ney for it too. LOL
I need to check the weather too and see what its generally like in May in Ontario!0 -

Still thinking I'm going to try and work out after my group, but we'll see. Lunch, no shocker involved not-so healthy food. In this case, pizza, but I stuck to just 2 slices and had my normal apple, so it could have been worse. I shouldn't be terribly over my calories for today, especially if I work out- then I might be a bit under. Either way, I don't expect tomorrow's weigh-in to go well. Hope everyone's last chance workouts go well today, and I'll put a new thread later tonight.0 -
ladies, confession time. i am in such a funk lately, and can't seem to get back into my weight loss routine. eating bad stuff, and then feeling guilty. did run yesterday, which felt great, but this morning couldn't drag myself out of bed to do it.
all i can do is just keep trying each day to do a little better. help!0 -

Yeah, didn't go work out after my group. Not a surprise, and I have a bit of a chocolate eating situation today as well. Yeah, tomorrow will be ugly.
Anyways, just thought I would do this now, as I'm going to try and hit the sack early tonight.
