You have to choose your food wisely. Certain foods don't keep you full long enough to make it to the next meal time. I was never hungry when I cut my calories in the begining.

I suggest to have a slow weight lost: fundamentally we mast learn to eat and it is not an easy think to do!
The best problem is to let our body and brain to understand the new nutritional line. My experience has taught to me that if you lose weight slowly, your level of serotonin have not an hard change level, so you have not headache or nervous behaviours.
I have loosed 16 Kg (35.27 lbs) in 2 years and the next 2 years I have gained 14 Kg (30.86 lbs) by body building.
It has been not easy, but my life style is totally changed after 4 years.
I hope my suggestions will be useful.

You shouldn't be hungry.. If you are you might need to adjust your calories or your food choices.. Veggies are practically free and you can eat tons of them. Get some nuts those are great for killing the hunger. and lean protein and fiber. Food with a lot of lean protein and fiber will fill you up longer. Read the labels when you shop.

Also don't expect miracles right away. Baby steps means just that.. don't obsesses over changing everything immediately. Simply tracking your food... all of it, including an little nibbles in between is the first step. Then replace something unhealthy with something healthy. Then walk everyday. Steps like that. Also.. forgive yourself if you "mess" up, but resolve to not repeat it tomorrow and then stick to that resolve. Focus on changing your lifestyle not your weight and you'll be amazed what happens to your body.

When I began using MFP, I was on a medically supervised diet preparing for surgery. I was eating 1500 calories and could use them anyway I wanted. I found alot of low calorie foods that I liked and stuck to them for breakfast and lunch. Dinner meals were what I made for the family, just portion control. I did not snack except in the evening, I allowed myself a low calorie ice cream sandwich (100 calories or less). Also, as much as we hate to hear it, drink water! I was never hungry once I found the right foods.

Pretty much how I started but not preparing for surgery or anything...MFP set my calorie limit to 1500 and I pretty much eat what I want but am slowly learning that making better choices makes it much easier!

I struggle too as I am sure most of the people on here do. You can do this. One day at a time, one pound at a time. Wishing you the best of luck!
