Not really a "meal" but I baked up some homemade multigrain clover rolls. I decided to do them like everything bagels topped each roll with a mix of poppy seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, and dried garlic. They were delish :]

Not my healthiest lunch (619 calories! 29g fat!), but pretty delicious...

Trader Joe's pre-cooked salmon, and homemade avocado mac and cheese (using brown rice pasta)

My first try at adding a picture on here. Hopefully it will work.

My lunch most every day is a 2 egg omelet with 1/8-1/4 c fat free cheese,
stuffed with a sauteed mixture of 1 ounce of either ham or turkey sausage diced
Diced veggies- onions, garlic, bok choy, mushrooms, fresh spinach
Topped with salsa and sometimes half a pkg of 100cal pak Wholly Guacamole
Without the Guac, it is well under 300 cals. With the guac puts it around 320 and keeps me full for hours! Lots of protein.

Awww hell no! :noway: Those look amazing. I'm such a sucker for blue cheese and buffalo anything - usually I can resist but hot dayum you make them look so good!

@Chris - How does the homemade PB compare to store bought natty PB? Is it much cheaper, anyway? Or just a fun experiment?

Well I like it better because I can customise it. Make it thick or smooth and also I'll be doing flavoured ones next.

Heaps cheaper in Aus. Natty PB is $4 for 375g. I got 750g of peanuts which makes 750g of PB for $6. Not a great deal but mainly for the fact that I can make my own flavours. If I want flavoured PB I have to order from USA foods which is about $6 per 500g tub plus delivery costs from Victoria. And as you know, I eat a lot of PB
