wow amazing job, what kind of diet plan did you put yourself on? Carbs, fats, proteins and calories wise? You look great.
For a while i just are what i wanted, but monitored portions. I cut out soda all together all at once. havent had ANY since Jan 2011, Now I am on 1500cal a day, 169g carbs... my diary is open... Lately ive been really low because I just had the flu and bronchitis.... but Im fine now, slowly adding calories each day. i just eat until Im full sometimes I dont reach 1500... Its different day to day, dependingon my mood0 -

Biggest challenge for me : Kicking ol habits of binging and restricting.
