So many calories!!

I normally try to eat all of my calories but I dont know what was with me today. I watched a documentary last night and I think it got me a little paranoid. I still have over 800 calories left! I give myself 1510 everyday and burned around 350 working out. I am not hungry right now but do I go ahead and eat something to get those extra calories? I would worry so much if I didnt have over half my daily intake still left.

    I would at the very least eat 1/2 of what you have left to consume if not all of it. keeping on track with your intake is the best thing you can do for your body :)

    I only eat my exercise calories back if I'm hungry. If not, don't' worry about it! :)

    if you're not hungry then dont eat it. one day being under wont hurt.

    just save those calories for a day later on in the week when you are hungry.

    peanut butter....necessary nutrients and a boost of protein.
