    I'm a simpleton.

    1. Get a pan
    2. Spray the pan with non-stick spray
    3. Turn on the stove
    4. Cut up some onions
    5. Put ground beef into pan
    6. Put onions into the pan
    7. Cook together
    8. Eat
    9. Add cheese if needed

    YUM.

Meat loaf, sloppy joes, burgers, tacos, chili . . . ground beef is the renaissance man of pulverized meat products.
did you just suddenly find yourself with a suspiciously large quantity of ground beef on your hands?

Same here! Ground beef + cheese, maybe on top of some lettuce and sour cream! Delicious.

I brown the beef off in a frying pan first (without adding anything), then drain off all the excess fat using a colander/sieve. I then use the cooked beef in whatever I'm making; cottage pie, lasagne, spag' bol' etc.

ground beef and onions, yes very good. I also like to add okra and bell peppers and mushrooms. Makes a nice stir fry. Okra adds a lot of flavor.

Chili, tacos, goulash. My family's version of goulash is browning the ground beef, then adding a can of cream of mushroom soup to it and serving it over mashed potatoes or rice. And usually there's some like bell peppers and onion on the side but I don't eat peppers so I ignore it. Perhaps not the healthiest thing ever either. XD

If you make burgers or meatloaf add grated zuzhini, it will allow you to cut back on the fat per serving

You could try allrecipes.com sign up is free for basic membership. One I found to be really good is easy greek skillet dinner.

    1/2 pound dried macaroni
    1 pound lean ground beef
2 cloves of garlic pressed or minced
    2 carrots sliced
1 zucchini quartered lengthwise and sliced
    1&1/2 Tbsp oregano
    salt &pepper
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
    1 15oz can diced tomato

    Cook macaroni until al dente
brown ground beef with garlic over medum heed drain if necessary. Add carrots and cook for 5 min. Add zucchini and oregano and cook another 5 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in sauce and diced tomato macaroni and cook 5-10 min.

I also found that it helps to add basil to balance out the oregano.

    Taco Soup:

    1 lb ground beef (browned)
2 cans of beans including the liquid
1 can corn including the liquid
2-3 cans of diced or crushed tomatoes
1 packet of dry ranch dressing
    taco seasoning to taste
enough water to make it "soupy"

Cook on low for at least 30 min, the longer the better. Or in a crockpot all day.
I sometimes add a small can of diced jalapenos or black olives.
Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips *YUM*

One of my favourite easy meals is

    ground beef
    onion
    red pepper
    courgette
    garlic
    a chopped anchovy
    tin tomato
    broccoli.

fry the garlic, anchovy onion and veg, add the beef, brown. Add tomatoes and broc, simmer until cooked. Have on its own or with a baked sweet potato. :)

    Low fat Southwestern burgers.

Delicious, but you must take care when cooking them; they'll fall apart if you're not gentle.

I made mine last night with fingerling potatoes and spices. :)

    What I did:
Sauteed onions, garlic, serrano pepper, and green bell pepper in coconut oil. Added ground beef. Added (pre-diced potatoes into the mix and seasoned well with chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, sea salt and white ground pepper. Whatever I felt like really.

Served the beef & potato mix over sauteed spaghetti squash and served with chunky tomato salsa, since i was out of salsa verde. The boyfriend made his into tacos (how I grew up eating it).

    Simple, delicious.
