Seriously... if I could sell a pack of lies as well as he does, I'd be rich too!
Along with that... any "Doctor" who sells a weight loss program, really.
It's simple. Burn more calories than you eat. Pay for overpriced garbage that either doesn't work, or is a multi-step process to the same basic principal if you want, but seriously think about what your buying and do the research.
Most of the people on MFP who have lost/are losing weight are doing THE SAME BASIC THINGS.

Start there, not with a magic pill/shake/wrap/cleanse. There is a reason "health and fitness" is a multi-billion dollar a year business, yet so many people are still obese.
