If this is the case, why not use blue food dye on everything? Cheaper than going out buying plates!

how about a little self control? not going out to target and buying yourself all new dishes.

definitely THIS. The economy may be tanking, but so is my spending cash amount...

lol at mike. My plates are blue with a brown around the edge. because I liked them, not because they make you eat less.

Did they come from Target? I think I might have the same ones lol

Hell....My plates were always too full to notice what color they were in the past.

Nowadays, they're salad size white plates.

Easier for me to just say no and learn to listen to my body than to try and play semantics with colored plates.

I think plate size is more important.

I use paper plates. For everything.

My food I weigh and measure so plate size doesn't matter.

What is the colour of your plates?
I read somewhere people tend to eat less from blue plates!
Has anyone tested it? Think I will be looking to buy some now LOL

We used to have blue plates--didn't seem to make a difference. I find that using a smaller plate works well for me.

Concur. Plate size is way more important than color.

Know what's more important than size or color of plates? How much food you put on them. Know what's even more important than how much food you put on your plate? How much food you cram down your pie hole.

Little mind games and bullsh!t might work for a little while but eventually you're going to have to learn self control and take care of your *kitten*.

I have 10 different colors of Fiestaware. I really enjoy using all the colors, even the two shades of blue.

What about blue corn, potatoes, cheese (well it's partially blue.)

I have black plates. I think they make everything look fancier.

I grow blue potatoes and they are purple, as is the corn, and the only thing blue on blue cheese is mold and I stay away from fungus and mold in my diet. :)

I use paper plates... Don't have a dish washer.
