I'm almost 3 years out from a Gastric Bypass and 120 pounds down.I still need to lose 100 plus pounds.I have a terrible sweet tooth and am looking for ways to combat it.I also am not an excerçise fan -any ideas?

    Yes I do. This helps me. Try Sugar free jello. Also, if your a coffee drinker the caffeine release insulin so it makes you hungry and in some cases it gives you a need for sweet stuff. Pick up the South Beach Diet book. They have a lot of great alternate ways of fighting sugar cravings. And they have some great recipes (easy ones) to replace your sweet tooth treats. David

  • Thanks Dave! I'm a huge fan (no pun intended!) Of Dublin Donuts iced flattest -with skim milk only.I limit them to 3 a week and in between make iced coffee with decade.I'll definitely pick up the South Beach book and diet jello.Great ideas!.
