I forgot to say that I was in, but now I am done as well. Took awhile to do and ended up doing 150 of half jacks instead of the full 300 full jumping jacks. I did what I could and I'm happy I was able to do as much as I did. G'luck everyone else!0

Finished! I have a question. If I did 10 sets of 30 reps, taking a 30 sec break in between each set, how do I track the time I spent doing the exercise? From start to finish? or break it down by the time I am actually jumping? My heart rate was elevated the whole time. Thank You!0

I would track the entire time, including the short breaks. Like you said, your heart rate was still elevated during the break. I wear a heart rate monitor when working out, and my best calorie burns are often when I do a short sprint to raise my heart rate and then walk for a long while vs jogging the whole time. So that shows me that even though it *feels* like I'm taking a break when I slow down, I'm still burning more calories b/c my heart rate is higher.0 -
