I thought this sounded very easy to do as a yummy snack idea.

    Never heard of roasted califlower before, this actually sounds very good.

    I just wanted to add that I cooked brussel sprouts (rinsed well and cut in halves) the same way recently and it was delicious.

    Yes asparagus is good! I tried parsnips for the first time earlier this week... roasted... and I love them too. :laugh:

    I've had a delicious regular popcorn recipe that included tossing the finished product with 'nutritional yeast' and dill weed. I'd like to try it on roasted cauliflower. I'll probably add the seasoning after cooking the cauliflower.
