Any suggestions for the calfs - I cant seem to get my calfs to go down at all, I have lost inches in other parts of my lower body - thighs, ankles, knees, but NOTHING in the calfs.
What are some exercises/ stretches that I can do to see some results?

You can't spot reduce.
This. If they are large due to fat, just keep losing fat and eventually it will come off your calves. If they are large due to muscle, stop standing and walking for a few months until they atrophy down to where you want.0 -
They are pretty slow, a hammer might work.0

It's probably your genetics.0

This. And calf size is mostly genetic.
Your calves will probably always be large compared to the rest of your body.0 -

I just asked a trainer friend of mine the same question and he said hig reps and low weight. So like 12-15 reps at 3-4 sets with a super low weight. Or you can sit in a chair, hold your legs out straight and use resistance bands. Put the band at about the toes (or grab on with your toes if you're shoeless) and push your toes away from the body. You'll want full extension and flexion to really stretch them out.0

Check out a pasture, they are usually around their mothers.0

Maybe ask your trainer friend if he knows that you can't spot reduce ?0 -

I used to spend an hour and a half to three hours a day flipping around on a 14ft trampoline. Now my calves are 15 inches solid and beautiful.
Then I found out that probably 14 inches of that came from my dad's big giant athlete legs.
Good luck!
