Just had an amazing Kettlebell workout

Bought a new dvd called absolute beginners! I feel great after the workout! I think I could have started with the intermediate workout, but since this was my first time I went with the beginner one. I did the 30 day shred for a week, and had a love/hate relationship with Jillian. Definately feel like I rec'd a much better workout with this one. I kept my heart rate up and burned almost 400 calories. :happy: :happy: :happy:
