    Well, I'm 37 and I plan to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turn 40. I don't mind getting older as long as I don't look it or feel it :laugh:

    When I turned 30, I decided that I wasn't going to get any older. So I just tell people that I'm celebrating the 10th anniversary of my 30th birthday!!
    After taking a break from MFP, I recently decided to start logging in again. During my time away, I still counted calories, and watched what I ate, I just didn't exercise. Had no desire to do so. Then I don't know what happened, I just woke up one day and looked in the mirror and told myself that I had been trying to get rid of the extra weight for too long, and it needed to go withing the next 6-7 months.

    If we're all in our 30's and 40's and think we look and act younger, maybe we're just redefining what 30's and 40's are.

    That said when I was 30 (yes 30) I was once mistaken for a high school student. No joke. I think the poor lady needed glasses though.

    I'm 37. And I think I look and act 37. What 37 looks like for me, anyway. But yes, I'd love support and will give it in return. :)

    42 going on 43 in a scant few months. The drive and willingness is there though the energy, some times, is not. Still, balancing the two usually works for me! Feel free to add me should you feel compelled.

    i am 42 and i do not want to keep on the path i was going on. to climb stairs and be winded. to not be able to wear knee high boots cause my damn calf was 17.5! now it is 16.5 ! yeah me boots....

    Ha ha! Right there with the boots! I got a pair for Christmas last year & I'm hoping soon they will not be so "snug." I was once asked if I was a former dancer because of my "killer kalfs." >.<
