I was wondering if anyone had tried Jamie Eason's 12 week program or completed it.
Did you follow it exactly? Did you find the diet challenging? Would you recommend for weight loss?
I've been thinking about giving it a shot but I want to know if anyone else already had.

I haven't finished it (started it, but got really busy), but my goal is to finish the LiveFit program by the end of March. When I got to phase two last time, I noticed I was significantly stronger. Didn't lose any inches that I was aware of, but I also wasn't following the diet to a T. Now I'm doing the workouts and eating clean (or as clean as possible), but also taking the supplements. I'm enjoying it so far.0

It's awesomeee!!!!!! I did it in the very beginning of 2012 -- I even stuck to the diet (portion control is necessary when eating 5-6 times a day). I'm redoing it after taking a 3 month hiatus from working out. I recommend having a workout partner that can push you harder than you would push yourself. They can also show you how good your form is.
I see a lot of girls go into the gym and kill themselves on the treadmill or elliptical. It's so unnecessary. Weights is the way to go! Lift Heavy!
In Phase 1 she doesn't have you doing any cardio at all and has you lifting 3 sets of 12 reps.
In Phase 2 she has you starting to lift super heavy. 4 sets of 8 reps.
Phase 3 gets all kinds of crazy, but by that point you're feeling super fit and ready to take on any challenge.
Good luck!!0 -
Hi I've just started week 2 phase 1. I really enjoyed it so far and its taken me a while to get my head round no cardio but am determined to stick with it.
However, finding the diet most difficult though. I am eating a lot more protein and where I struggle i have a protein shake in addition to my breakky, lunch and dinner. Generally having eggs for breakfast or a shake, then fish and rice with veg for lunch or veg, sweet potato and cottage cheese/chicken/hard boiled eggs. And dinner is fish and veg, chicken and veg, brown rice.
I've come from a low cal diet so just getting used to eating more and more often is a challenge for me. I struggle with so many eggs also... makes me feel a bit quesy!!
So this is my first time trying to eat clean. Obviously i know i'll get best results from the program by following the diet plan exactly.... but i'm not. I'd say i'm following it about 80-90%...,. am i still going to see some results?0
