Yoga

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if there is anyone here who does Yoga, and if so what kind and how many times per day?

    I do Ashtanga yoga between 4-6 times per week, I aim for 5 but on occasion life intervenes. I go to mysore style classes at my studio (drop-in self-practice with a teacher circulating amongs the students). On average my practice takes around 75 minutes during the week and around 90 on Sundays when I have more time.

    There is a Yoga group here on MFP that you could join if you want to :)

    I do Iyengar, almost daily. I aim for 10+ hours a week of practice.

  • I do Vinyasa. I have the Namaste Yoga dvd and do it daily.
  • i usually do a heated vinyasa, sometimes change it up with the hot hatha/vinyasa mix if my body needs to recuperate a bit but still workout. the studio i go to also offers a heated vinyasa with weights but i havent braved it yet hehe.

    If you live near a CorePower Yoga i wholeheartedly recommend it!
