TRACKING CALORIES BURNED ON MFP USING KETTLEBELLS

I just started my workout routine last week on the 2nd. I am into using Kettlebells and do roughly a 20-30min workout with a 25lb kettlebell. Generally my workout consists of 2 arm swings, 1 arm swings, cleans, presses, windmills, figure 8's, double crunches, chest presses, you name it I incorporate it. I have to change up my routine each time so it does not get boring. I do each exercise at about 10 reps each. The question really boils down to how would I calculate something like that using this MFP site? I put in that I burn about 350cal as it has been proven that within 20min you can burn 400+ during a kettlebell exercise. I am working out hard. Do my exercise, rest for a 30sec or so and move right into another exercise. It's brutal. But for me to accurately track calories here seems to be a challenge when I really have no clue. Any ideas? Or am I doing what seems to be fairly alright?
Also, does anyone else use kettlebells? I just started to stick to a genuine workout routine. Have used KB's in the past but was on and off. How long before I begin to lose weight? I have not lost anything yet and I am staying if not under my 1300cal a day goal. I thought I would have lost something by now since it has been close to a week. I workout every Mon, Wed, Fri. I am hoping for a bright future. I need to be my previous self again.

Are you doing any cardio workout? The KB's may be adding muscle (which is heavier than fat which may be why you're not seeing smaller numbers on the scale). A combo workout of cardio and strength training may kick start your body into weight loss.0

Kettlebell training is Cardio training....combined with weight training. It is a fast paced high intensity workout for 30min straight. So I am not sure. I was thinking though that it could be the muscle gain and therefore the no change in weight. I would think that if I tried to hop on an elliptical or run before using the kettlebell my heart will explode. haha.0

I've just started a combo workout where I'll hop on the treadmill or eliptical for five minutes, then do 3-4 strength exercises, then back on the cardio machine for another 5, and so on, until I've done between 20-30 minutes of cardio (depends on what time I get to the gym). Now granted, I've only been doing this a week, so no changes seen yet, but it's a thought.....0
