Sugar issues...need help!

So I've come to realize that I definitely eat too much sugar a day. However, 85% of my sugar intake comes from fruit. With my breakfast I have a banana and for a snack I have an apple. I'll normally eat some strawberries or blueberries later in the day and occasionally eat a clementine. Could this be a reason I'm not loosing weight and gaining inches?! Help!!

It could be contributing to a lack of weight loss. I would try cutting it down to just 2 servings a day. I've limited myself to that and I find it works really well for me.0

As long as you're staying in your budget don't worry about it especially since you're getting a lot of that sugar from fruits which is much different than processed sugar crap foods. No food in particular makes you fat, eating too much food makes you fat. Watch your budget instead of the macros.0
