No Motivation

I've been on this site off and on for a few years now but can't seem to stay motivated by any means when it comes to my weight loss. I know all of the reasons why I want to lose weight, the benefits of losing, and I even have had the support --- yet it's just not happening. Has anyone else here been through this? I'm at a total loss of what to do for myself.

you really have to dig deep and find the motivation from within, i know it sounds weird but
I had my hubby (fiance at the time take a pic of me in my under clothes/ before pic) and i stared at it long and hard and said, that cannot be me!? thats me! What have i done! I am busting at the seams, stretch marks and blobs and rolls, CANNOT do this anymore!
you have to have the "ah-ha!" moment with yourself. THEN and only then will you do it for YOU and it will hit you that it feels good and it means something and it gets your life back. Sorry to sound so serious
Blow that pic up and hang it by your scale or somewhere to remind you!! Its hard and its emotional but it got me motivated.

I think everybody goes through fluctuations of motivation. The truth is motivation is not enough cause it never lasts. You need to make a commitment to yourself...that you deserve to be the best possible you.
You have to determine what's really stopping you. You have your WHY, which is key - but is fear stopping you??
Fear of failure? Success? or even overwhelm? Do you have a plan? Are you willing to make some sacrifices?
If you can pinpoint the real reason behind your procrastination, it will be so much easier to face any fears you may have.
