Needing some serious motivation....

I am currently stuck in a workout/ healthy lifestyle rut and looking for some support and motivation:smile:
A year ago I was really into loosing weight getting healthy and after dropping 25 lbs from my highest @ 205 lbs (I'm 5'7) went from a size 14-12/10 I felt great and then somehow it went downhill not watching portions, over eating stopped my workouts ...now I've gained 10 of it back... my goal is to get down to 160-150 range and tone up, I'm ok with being curvy and healthy. I'm really interested in sharing stories or words of encouragement, so drop me a line. Can't wait to hear from you!
