I'm 5'7 , around 135 pounds and maintain around 2000-2300 cals per day!0

I am 5 ft even 180 pounds and have a calory intake of 1500 per day. I have a goal of 130 pounds, I was wondering if that was ok. I'm a medical assistant in a office of 5 doctors and currently doing exercise for 45 minutes dancing or low impact cardio. Any opinion?0

I am 5'3 around 110 and maintain JUST around 1700.
I am currently bulking hoping to put on some mass so when I cut and weigh around the same I will maintain much higher.0 -
