I think I forgot I joined this! I 'm going to start over with a new starting weight cuz I really messed up the last couple of weeks and have packed on more than I'd like to admit.
Starting weight (Overall): 197
Starting weight (Challenge): 184
Goal weight (Overall): 135
Goal weight (Challenge): 166
I'm only expecting to lose 1 lb a week, that's what i've been averaging when I'm really good this whole time. Except right after I get back on the wagon, then I tend to drop 4- 5 lbs right away (Water weight, I assume) We'll see what next week holds!0 -
