Gym Etiquette for Oldbies
Since everybody is so concerned with newbs in the gym, what about the veterans of the gym that are there all the time and think that they own the joint? What should they know from a newbies perspective?
Mine: If I'm doing something wrong, don't stand there and patronize with your friends while you sip your protein shake. Actually come over and talk to me like a human.

1) Don't do curls in the squat rack
2) Put away your weights
3) Wipe down machines, after use.
4) Bullsh!t with your friends somewhere were it doesn't interfere with other people
5) That bench there, is not a picnic table for your drink, keys, phone, etc.
Don't let anyone fool you, oldbies have just as many bad habits as newbies.0 -
While I'm not a newbie, it has always bothered me when people do circuit training on every machine in the gym. Then when I go to use something for my sets, they look at me like I'm stealing their machine.0
