I started weight training a couple weeks ago and I am finding my upper body seems very weak. I struggle to complete a couple sets of tricep exercises without feeling extremely shaky a 10 pound weight doesn't seem like much to me yet I am struggling. Any ideas? Just keep doing what I am doing? Sorry for sounding so novice but alas, I am! lol

Depending on what you are doing and what your level of strength is to begin with, 10 lbs can be quite heavy. Shakiness is ok, it means your muscles are working hard. If you aren't working them to the point of failure, you're probably not working them hard enough. My biggest piece of advice is to take rest days and focus on different muscle groups each day. Repeatedly working the same muscle group to exhaustion every day will yield limited results because your muscles need time to recover and grow. Take a rest day and you should notice a difference when you come back to it. And by rest day, I don't necessarily mean sit-on-your-rear-end-and-do-nothing day; just work a different part of your body or do some cardio.0

Try switching to a proper beginner lifting routine focused on compound lifts0
