Does anyone know of a low impact, good aerobic exercise?

I have a problem with recurring cysts, and I have yet another one, so currently, things like zumba and running are not options - they're just too painful. Besides walking, what are some good exercises to incorporate into a day that aren't too high of an impact on the stomach area?

you can squat and box like in JM 30ds. All sorts of upperbody cardio, windmill arms etc, or water aerobics like prior x0

I had back surgery and my doctor suggested walking (no running), elliptical, stationary bike, or swimming for cardio.0
