my skin is breaking out.

i've eaten way better all week and i've worked out almost every day.
i shower after workouts.
why am i getting zits?

    When you're losing weight, you always get pimples after losing an even amount of lbs. Wait another lb and you'll be fine.

    An increase in testosterone as a result of exercise would explain it

    Nonsense. Just shower with an anti-bacterial soap after every workout and make sure you wash your gym clothes in hot water after each workout.

    Honestly the opposite happened to me, I started working out and my skin cleared up. I really think its because of the crazy amounts of water I'm drinking.

    I wish I could help otherwise but everyone's skin is different :/

    i drink 6-8 cups a day
    i usually have really clear skin so this is unusual for me. i literally developed 3 small zits over night.
