So, before my shower I weighed and then weighed after my shower and lost 2 oz. Fact people!! Fact that taking a shower will help you lose weight!!

Science baby...there's no denying it!!!

    Were you particularly grubby going in? Did you do a particularly harsh job of exfoliating? Wash out a lot of hair product? Whatever, take the loss. (Does this mean you will be showering five times a day now?)

    LOL i love that theory. Except for me, i have a bath and soak up two pounds of water like a sponge. Maybe my water is too cold and its solidifying me instead
