    Good luck, you have come to the right place, I have tried for years to shift some weight came on here and with all the support have managed to hang in there and loose a few kilos, with a few more to go. Go for it..:drinker:

    Good Luck Tom! It is a new beginning. I started Sunday night so technically Monday. I have always found that counting calories is what works for me. I LOVE logging my food (what I think I want) to see what the total will be. If its too much I subtract it and figure something else out. We are all on this journey together. With people to help support and talk to is a big plus. I also like that if none of my personal friends are on I can always post or find someone in the community that can help.
