Slim in 6 or Thirty Day shred?

I need to lose tummy and back fat. Which one should I do?! HELP!!

    i just started the 30 day shred yesterday and it is INTENSE! i was sweating after only 20 mins! i would def recommend it!

    I found it easier to commit to 30 day shred for the whole 30 days because it is only 20 minutes.

    Slim In 6 I was getting broed during, and maybe not working as hard becasue of that.

    Never tried Slim in 6 but can vouch for 30DS - lost 3ins off my waist a couple of years ago before going on holiday by doing it. It's only 25 minutes long, which is easy to squeeze in first thing in the morning (I usually do it as soon as I get up and shower and have breakfast afterwards). And I think it may be free to try on You Tube as well. The other Jillian one I love is No More Trouble Zones - very little cardio so not much fat burning but amazing for strength (got definition in my arms for the first time ever using this). Really slacked off lately so need to get doing them again!

    I tried Slim in 6 back in the day. It was great and helped me tone up
