Hi All,
I started 30 day shred on Saturday January 5 and did it 3 days in a row until both my kids came down with a flu. Both are little ones so for the last 3 days all my time and attention has been focused on them. I am going to do 30DS again today but I need to know, do I consider this Day 1 of Level 1 or can I pick up where I left off which would make today Day 4 of Level 1?
What would you do?? Reset or carry on???

I'd say see how you feel when you hit your original Day 10 of level 1. If you want to tack on the extra three days after that - do it.0

My rule in the past has been if more than a week off, I start over that level.
However, my NEW plan this year is to consider it a 90 day shred! I am only going to aim to do it 3x per week to leave room for pilates and my training for a 10K.
I hope with the more relaxed expections I wil not be so sore when starting out / starting a new level. Maybe I'll even get to Level 3 (never made it that far).0
