I'm 5ft 1.5 and currently weigh 160. My goal weight is 112. A couple of years ago I lost 64 lbs and was only a stone away from goal but sadly it all went wrong after that!!
Back with it now though and this time I will hit goal weight and stay there.0 -

I'm somewhat short by male standards.
I'm 5'6", currently weigh 200lbs. I have a broad build, so I carry it well.......or in other words, I don't look like a beheamoth with a huge gut.
According to some charts, I should be between 150 - 165.
Is that attainable? Maybe, although I haven't weighed that little since I started high school.0 -

I'm 5'4" and going for between 130 and 120. I know some people consider this a bit high for my height, but I'm hoping a lot of it will be muscle. Starting weight - 179. I don't know my current weight, as I haven't weighed since around the first of the year. If anyone wants to add me, feel free. I'm on here at least once a day, and I'm pretty good about encouraging people. Also my diary and blog are public, and I don't bite. (Unless you're made of something delicious like pizza. Then, no promises.)0

Technically I'm 4'11 AND 3/4s..... That 3/4 is very important!!! I'm looking to be 125-130lbs. Hubby and are are challenging each other to 10lb goals. Who can eat/exercise better and get there faster......
So it sucks. He guesstimates what he's eating I log and measure everything that touches my lips - we do the same length exercise, me on elliptical and he runs on treadmill. AND. The jerk is winning so far. So not fair lol0 -

I'm 5 "0. Lost 24# last year, and I have set an intermediate goal of another 15#, and then I'll go for that last 10. The cool thing about BMI's for us is that we can see HUGE changes in this with "modest" losses... last year droped from BMI of 33 to 28. Ultimate goal is 25 (125#, total wt loss of 50 #) My taller friends are jelous. I can also find petite close that actually fit again. That has been the biggest boost for me.0
