Healthy Omelet

One of my favorites--

Egg whites, cheddar cheese, avocado, and onion. Cook onion first in a little oil. Add egg whites and cook for a bit. Add cheddar and fold over. Cook for a bit and flip. Fold in avocado. Serve with sriracha. I use low fat cheddar, maybe 2 tbsp, and maybe 1/4 of an avocado. Probably comes in at about 200 cal.
