If you want to make it bigger, you will have to eat at a caloric surplus. However, you can get a lot of benefit doing them at a deficit.

Good Mornings, Romanian Deadlifts, Pull Throughs, Glute Bridges, Rack Pulls, and Back Squats (make sure you sit back into your squat or it will be all quad)0
