hi everyone!

i'm new on here just joined, and already like it better than any website i've been on. i love the way that it calculates the food breakdown for the day.

i should probably tell you a bit about myself... i'm 33, weighing in at 160, with the hope of losing 10 lbs at least. i started working out again in January and already lost 3 inches off my waist, where i'm trying to loose it the most. i find it hard to loose the weight, so anyone with any advice, i'd love to hear it!

    Hi Liz and welcome to MFP. I am sure that you will find this site very beneficial in your weight loss quest.
    I too like the way it keeps you accountable for the food you eat. My advice is just to be consistent and patient.

    thank you everyone for the welcomes and the well wishes... i think this may be a really good tool to help me meet my goal, so i'm giving it a whirl.

    quick question, how do you get the little tracking thing on the bottom of your entries? i think they're really cute and motivating! thanks again :-)
