Hi all,

I've been following this type of 'diet' for some time now (about 8 months), im not 100% into it, but about maybe 80%. I've lost a shed load of fat and kept my muscle and im still carrying on. (about another 15lb's to go).....:o)

Im looking to find others who have used / using this type of lifestyle longterm to get a more in depth idea into the effects on middle age? I have seen the promotional stuff on the site and have even brought the book but need some unbiased opinions on the subject.

Is there anybody out there??..:o)
