I'm not really sure. I'm 6'2, so it's hard to say how much I should weigh. I definitely have a large frame. I started at 285 and am now down to 231.6. I'd definitely like to get below 200, but I haven't weighed that little since I was 19! I think I'll see how I look when I reach the 190's and just take it from there.0
