Which teas have the highest caffeine?

I drink coffee all day & it's just too much with all the cream & sugar I add. So I want to switch to tea which doesn't take as much effort to make tasty. But, I still want that energy boost. Thanks so much for suggestions!

    I think just regular black tea has the most. Actually more than coffee. Green tea also has a lot.
