Will toning up reduce loose skin?

I have about 100 pounds to lose. I don't have anything else to do with my time, and have a full access to a gym. I do cardio three hours, 6 days a week and do crunches + dumbell curls... I'm worried I will get lose skin. I've only been obese for the past two years.
