1 year,52 pounds! with photos :)

Yeah I'm (almost) dieting for a year. By almost I mean I didn't diet the whole year,I had some breaks.

I started at my heaviest which was 233 lbs. I couldn't walk much because my knee and feet would hurt me all the time. It was also impossible to cycle because of the same reason. I couldn't run,I was really out of shape.

I am doing a 1300-1800 diet (depends on the day) and I workout (cardio/strength) 2-4 times a week. I started using the stairs no matter how tired i am. I also walk daily for 30 or more minutes. I really enjoy it now.

And finally I started taking care of myself. I thought I would never lose weight and that if I did,I'd give up as usually. I had tried so many times since i was 10 years old. I didn't enjoy my childhood like the other kids.

But now,I realized that everything is possible as long as we are commited to it.


That's the only pic I have where I'm over 100 kg.
