Bench: 270 1RM
Squat: 450 1RM
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 100lb, 15 - 20 reps0 -
This is from memory alone--I don't ALWAYS do all of these lifts so the weights might be inconsistent based on when I last did them relative to one another.
dumb bell shoulder press 20s for set of 8 to 10
dumb bell flat bench 35-40lbs for set of 8 to 10
dumb bell incline 30-35 lbs for 6 to 8 reps
squat 95 lbs in a squat rack for 12 to 15 reps
cable Lat Pulldowns 70 ibs for 10 reps
deadlift 215 max for 1 rep
barbell bench 125 max for 1 rep
added:
standing calf raise 140 for 8 to 10 reps
seated calf raise 90 for 4 to 6 reps (seems disproportionate but apparently the soleus lags a bit behind the gastrocnemius)
I'm thinking of laying of the leg exercises a bit because I actually DO tend to respond rather rapidly to quad/glute/calf exercises.0 -
dumb bell shoulder press 105 lbs for set of 15
dumb bell flat bench 105 lbs for set of 15
dumb bell incline 105 lbs for set of 15
squat 315 lbs in a squat rack for 12 to 15 reps!

I have been lifting weights and or power lifting since 1986
But believe it or not lately I have been running, doing more core work and cardio. I've been 315 lbs before, now I want to be shredded. Its very difficult though to lose the weight without losing muscle and /or looking tiny to myself!0 -

Training from home, 3 and a bit months in (trained consistently throughout a 5-6 month period three years previously, got into pretty good shape and then sadly let myself go, finally back on the wagon with religious zeal)...
Dumbell Shoulder Press - 88lbs for 12 reps
Behind The Neck Press - 154 for 12 reps (started this exercise fairly recently)
Barbell Straight Bar Curl - 121 for 12 reps
Skullcrusher - 136 for 12 reps
Bench Press (Flat) - 242 for 12 reps (have no incline/decline on my bench)
And a couple personal records I broke tonight...
Barbell Military Shoulder Press - 220 max 4 reps (first time lift, not exercise but weight)
Squat - 308 (all the irons I own plus bar) for 6 reps0
