    I hear you!!! I was just thinking about how much I used to eat and how HUGE my portion sizes were! Thank God for this site! I now know exactly how many calories I am taking in. In the past I used to underestimate it but now I know exactly.

    I did the same thing before with McDonalds breakfast.. wow, that was an eye opener.
    Not to be picky, but there's a number that's not right somewhere.

    Carbs 581 x 4 = 2324 calories
    Fat 128 x 9 = 1152 calories ........ total so far 3,476
    Protein 101 x 4 = 404 calories .........Total 3,880

    Your daily goal's numbers match up.

    I am personally doing atkins but find the food diary and message boards on this website to be extremely helpful. Those are the guidelines the w/s gave me... but I agree. I thought they seemed off as well.
